Information, not an order

Material on this site describes the agency's services. It is not a media proposal, insertion order, or a promise of placement, price, or performance. A campaign begins only when both sides agree in writing.

Client portal

Access to the client portal is limited to people the agency has approved. Portal use is also covered by the terms presented when an account is issued.

Ownership

The Dempsey Agency name, logo, and the text and design of this site belong to Dempsey Agency, LLC unless a credit says otherwise. Marks of affiliated companies belong to their owners.

Independent company

Dempsey Agency, LLC is an independent business entity. A link to an affiliated company does not make that company a party to these terms.
